Work in Germany: Indian engineers and students required

Facing acute shortage of skilled labour because of an ageing workforce, Germany is looking to attract skilled talent from India.
Sectors hiring

It is estimated that Germany will need at least 40,000 skilled employees mainly to fill up positions in engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Other than these two, which are the mainstays of German economy, there is a need for manpower in industries such as finance, insurance, information technology, entertainment, publication and emerging sectors such as hospitality.
German companies are initially looking to hire talent in the local markets from subsidiaries and then relocate them to Germany in due course of time.
Wanted: Indian graduates from German universities
Companies prefer to hire students who have done their higher studies in Germany because they are more attuned to the language, culture and economy.
German universities are also attracting Indian students for research-based or doctoral studies as their fees are much lower than other countries.
Job portal for alumni
If you have studied, conducted research, worked or received training in Germany or at a German institute abroad, you can register yourself on Alumniportal Deutschland; an online community which encourages discussions and also acts like a job portal for vacancies in Germany and German companies.

Generally we observe that most ofthe times students are asking about best coaching classes available for them, but remember coaching can only support you in your preparation but they can’tprepare you for examination. For your convenience, we have tried to break down the topics/subjectsand give you a list of best books for IIT JEE among which you may choose yoursuitable combination. We also have student reviews for these books which mayhelp you by giving an insight into the experiences of other students like you. Most important step forany serious JEE aspirant is ‘wise selection of books’. Number of books doesn’tmatter; don’t follow 3-4 books for each topic. There are some standards booksavailable in market, follow those only. Generally I see many students followdifferent books for JEE Advanced, JEE Main and BITSAT, please don’t follow thisway. Read only those books that will help you to build your concepts. One more importantpoint that you should keep in mind, every book is biased in favor of theauthor’s specialized skills, so it’s not necessary to solve each bookcompletely. Choose different books to understand different topics based ontheir specialization. Remember thatthere will be a lot of students taking JEE along with you. The rules from thisyear state that you need to be in the top 20 percentile of your board totake JEE (Advanced). Together with a good study plan and motivation, you will have no problemcracking JEE.
