IIT-Kanpur's orientation programme held:

There was a lot of excitement as new students were given a welcome by the IIT-Kanpur authorities for their orientation programme which took place in the institute's auditorium on Monday. This orientation programme was basically for the under graduate students.
The new students were congratulated over the fact that they became part of IIT-Kanpur, they were also administered an oath by the authorities of IIT-Kanpur that they give their best in academics and sports. They also took an oath regarding maintaining the reputation of the college.
The students were told about the counseling service that was available in the institute, and available for the students 24 hours a day. They were old to avail of the service whenever the need arose.
