Candidates who have appeared for the IIT-JEE (Advanced) 2013 can check the important dates here. The results of IIT-JEE(Advanced) will be declared on June 23.
The exam was held on June 2. IIT-JEE is the first step in getting into the IITs, ISM Dhanbad and many other institutes across the country.
Now the IIT aspirants will need to score 30 per cent more to get admission to the institute.
The cut-off marks for admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology have been increased due to the top-20 percentile norm introduced by the Center.
The details of JEE (Advanced) are as follows-
The 50% of Boards marks will be normalized by equating percentile amongst different boards/examining bodies and anchoring them to All India JEE Main percentiles, and 50% be normalized by equating each Board’s/examining Body’s percentile with JEE(Main) percentile marks of respective Boards /examining bodies.
